The undersigned owner(s) grant(s) to Timeshare Adventures Inc. (TAI) permission to advertise the property on the internet and otherwise, to make information concerning the property available to potential buyers, renters, real estate agents, brokers and others. I/we agree that there is no guarantee that the property will sell or rent at any price or within a particular amount of time. The advertisement is for 12 months, renewable without charge upon written notification 30 days prior to expiration. If a Platinum advertisement is sold during the advertising period in any way other than through TAI within 50% of the original asking price, TAI will refund 50% of the advertising fee upon proof of a bona fide sale. If a Platinum advertisement is rented during the advertising period in any way other than through TAI within 25% of the original asking price, TAI will refund 50% of the advertising fee upon proof of a bona fide rental. Otherwise, the fee is non-refundable after the first ten days of advertising. An administrative fee of $49.95 is due from the property owner at the time of rental. Some closings may incur additional costs because of higher recording fees, complex tax forms (e.g. Hawaii or New York) resort transfer fees, courier fees and other unusual expenses that TAI does not absorb. Any disputes between TAI and owner(s) will be resolved by binding arbitration in Pinellas County, Florida. *A fee of $25 for each buyer and seller covers administrative costs during closing. TAI is a for sale, for rent by owner advertiser.
