At Timeshare Adventures, Inc. (TAI) we work very hard to provide the best services for timeshare owners. We also keep the timeshare public informed about fraudulent companies that we have identified as scams. If you’re called, emailed or mailed by a timeshare company be very careful. In almost every instance the salesperson will tell you they have a buyer or renter for your timeshare and ask you for money. The sale or rental never occurs and you become a victim. The State of Florida has enacted new laws to protect timeshare owners from these scams. TAI is fully compliant with these laws and we feel that choosing a company from the state of Florida is your best choice due to this legal protection. Please contact us if you’ve been scammed or if you’re contacted by a timeshare company in the future. Our lawyer can help you try to get your money back if you were scammed or help you avoid becoming a victim.
Timeshare Adventures, Inc. will advertise your timeshare(s) on our website until sold or rented as applicable for a fee of $ . If you chose our Platinum advertisement then our lawyer will close your sale at no charge other than a $25 administrative fee or a $50 fee for rental administrative cost.
TAI will provide timeshare advertising services pursuant to this contract. If TAI represents that TAI has an interested buyer and or renter for your timeshare interest, TAI must and will provide you with the name and contact information of such interested buyer and or renter. You have an unwaivable right to cancel this contract for any reason within ten days after the date you sign the contract. To cancel, please notify TAI in writing. The effective date of cancellation shall be the date sent and can be sent to 1601 Commerce Avenue North St Petersburg Florida 33716 or emailed to info@timeshareadventures.com. Refunds will be made within five days after receipt of notice of cancellation. You are not obligated to pay TAI any money unless you sign this contract and return it to TAI.
Important: Before signing this contract, you should carefully review your original timeshare purchase contract and other project documents to determine whether the developer has reserved a right of first refusal or other option to purchase your timeshare or to determine whether there are any restrictions or special conditions applicable to the resale or rental of you timeshare. If needed, our lawyer can assist you in reviewing these documents at no charge. Our legal department works directly with the timeshare resorts’ owner services departments so they’re very familiar with the resale closing process.
