Timeshare Adventures, Inc. is a For Sale/Rent cooperative advertising company that is not a real estate broker. The cooperative advertising program involves pooling advertising resources with those of other sellers/renters to maximize exposure to potential buyers/renters of your vacation property.

Timeshare Adventures, Inc. is not involved in any negotiation for sale/rent, closing, or procuring of buyers. Timeshares Adventures, Inc. forwards all inquiries about your vacation property directly to you and allows you to negotiate the sale/rental of your vacation property.

Timeshare Adventures, Inc. cannot and does not appraise the value/rental price of your vacation property. The sale/rental price of your property has been established by you, the owner, and Timeshares Adventures, Inc. has made no representations as to the sale/rental price that you may receive.

Although your vacation property will be exposed to thousands of potential buyers/renters as a result of the Timeshare Adventures, Inc. advertising program, Timeshare Adventures, Inc. does not have a specific buyer/renter at the present time. We do not specifically go to your resort or vacation home to show your property.

Timeshare Adventures, Inc. is not affiliated with your resort, personal vacation home, or other third party organization. Timeshares Adventures, Inc. is not a real estate broker. Timeshare Adventures, Inc. is an advertising company.

Timeshare Adventures, Inc. has made no representations as to the period of time that it will take to sell/rent your vacation property, the success rate of our advertising program, or the sale/rental price that you may receive. The advertising period and sale/rental price are determined by market conditions and the size, location, resort, amenities, and week that you desire to sell/rent. Because we are an advertising company and are not involved in the sale/rental or the negotiation of the sale/rental, we are unable to provide you with statistics of the percentage of sales/rentals as a result of our advertising program.

Timeshare Adventures, Inc. is a advertising company that does extensive advertising in television, print, PPC, the Internet, our office, and other media to drive buyers/renters to our website, call us by phone, or walk inside our office to view our inventory. Timeshare Adventure, Inc. does not specifically advertise your property other than on our website. Your advertisement is on the Timeshare Adventures, Inc. website, but not specifically on the companies national and international advertising materials.

We presently have our main office located in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this office, guests can view videos, read printed material, and view our online inventory. Our sellers’ vacation property ads are available to be viewed on our website at our location and we have access to the RCI and II websites available for those who are interested in more information on timeshares in general.

Refund Policy
Timeshare Adventures, Inc., will advertise your vacation property until sold or rented, or for up to twelve months, whichever occurs first.  You may renew at no charge for another twelve months by giving us written notice thirty days before the first twelve months end. Timeshare Adventures, Inc., will refund one half of the advertising fee if your property is a Platinum Ad and is sold in any other way within 50% of the original sale price or within 25% of the original rental price upon proof of a bona fide sale or rental occurring during the original ad period.  Otherwise, the ad fee is non-refundable. There is no guarantee that the property will sell or rent at any price.

Web Site Changes
Timeshare Adventures reserves the right to make changes in the programs, policies, content and/or services described on this Web Site at any time without notice. Anyone who uses, or makes decisions based on information contained in this Web Site does so at their own risk.

Timeshare Adventures is not responsible for the content of other web sites that are linked to or linked from this Web Site.

Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Timeshare Adventures be liable for any damages, direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary or otherwise, that results from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this Web Site, even if Timeshare Adventures authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This agreement shall be governed by and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Florida. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any part of this agreement void or unenforceable, the remainder should be enforced and the court should use its authority to amend it in order to fulfill the stated purposes of this agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Timeshare Adventures, its parent, affiliated and subsidiary entities, and the successors, licensees, assigns, officers and directors of each from and against any and all claims, losses and damages (including reasonable attorney's fees) constituting and arising out of a breach of any of the provisions of this Terms of Use, and/or from any and all use of this Web Site.
