I've been doing some shopping around, seems everyone is going to have an up-front fee of some sort to sell a vacation property. Everyone is telling me "don't worry about the closing costs, they are taken care of by the buyer", then I noticed the platinum listing with you advertises directly to the buyer "no closing cost". Why would I be concerned about the buyer paying these fees...I've paid them when I purchased timeshares in the past. I appreciate any insight or clarification you can provide me with this subject.
