I'm not a timeshare owner, but my aunt & uncle are and one of their timeshares is at Grand Timber Lodge. This place is fantastic! Luxury, prime location with ski-in/ski-out access. They have a 3 bedroom deluxe unit and is has all the comfort and luxuries of home with the added amenities of a top-notch spa.

I've never visited the Gold Point Condominiums, but I'm sure it's as nice at the Grand Timber Lodge. And if Gold Point is building another resort that supposedly offers even more luxury then I recommend it.
