According to Jim Butler, in his Hotel Law Blog, the timeshare industry is growing by 6% annually. There are 4.7 million American households owning nearly 6.5 million timesharing weeks. There is a market out there for timeshare resales in particular in this economy. Life without vacations? Don't think so. Life without stock market investments? Hmmm?
