If you really want to know the true value of your timeshare, you could go for an appraisal. But take this advice for what it is. I'm just telling you that there is an option available. That doesn't mean you have to go for it for sure. The reason why I'm saying this is that the appraisal fee could run into hundreds of dollars in most cases and not every buyer asks for an appraisal.

I have a suggestion that is both practical and simple. Just get in touch with a few resellers and timeshare brokers and ask them what they think would be the best asking price for your timeshare. They should be able to give you an idea of what could be the realistic price of your timeshare.

Else, if you don't have the time to do all this, contact a good timeshare closing company. They should be able to help you out.
