Timeshare owners share the up-keep costs of their units combined with maintaining the grounds of the timeshare resort property by paying a maintenance fee usually ranging from about $300 to $800 annually or biennially. The combined fees/dues together pay for property maintenance, improvements and usual up-keep of the timeshare resort.
