We put ourselves in the buyers shoes and figure that your going to shop with the company that is going to save you the most money. Our no closing cost program is unique only to our company, we have a realestate attorney staffed in our office and he runs our in-house closing department. Since it's a buyers market out there, and we are all selling the same vacation properties....either your going to shop with the guys charging closing costs, or my company that saves you a addittional $5-600 at the end of the sale. Not to mention the fact that there is a sense of security involved having our attorney handle all of your paperwork, instead of having to out source to a third party (title company).
