So, whenever possible our staff will check the availability, book and finalize the reservation and as
Staff-Robert D mentioned we also have our attorney prepare a rental/lease agreement between you and the renter. This rental agreement protects you from incidentals, damages, etcetera, and it prevent the renter from backing out of the reservation.
Sometimes the resort will require the owner to set-up a "
guest-pass" for the renter. So, in this instance you would simply have to make a phone call to the resort and arrange this pass.
Rental proceeds are collected as soon as the reservation is booked and these funds are released to you immediately. So, if the reservation is booked/finalized tomorrow for a week at a future date, the monies would be collected immediately and delivered to you.
