I was reading some reviews about “Vacation Internationale” at Steamboat Springs, Colorado on a website as I would like to purchase a timeshare there in a few months. I found it ok to a greater extent but there is something that I could not understand.

They have divided the resort in tow phases and phase 2 is not available for visitors. Why is that so..?? Is it already sold or it is not properly constructed? I am confused...

Would appreciate if someone could provide some input...
