I have seen Atlantis prices dropping at this time. Have the price of timeshares dropped as well? Was looking at Harborside Atlantis what a outstanding piece of property.

The Harborside is indeed a very nice timeshare! As for prices, I'm not sure if prices have come down when buying resort developer direct(they rarely do), but buying timeshare resale is definitely the way to go if you are pursuing a timeshare buy and wish to save money. Also, this resort specifically is a Starwood timeshare and it is one of the few Starwood resorts that can be purchased on the timeshare resale market and still offer the new owner access to the Starwood Vacation Network(SVN) for internal exchange within the Starwood family of resorts.
