Anyone ever used Timeshare Title Inc. out of Pennsylvania?

Default No Closing Costs at Timeshare Adventures!

Our PLATINUM listed timeshare properties have NO CLOSING COSTS for buyer and seller and we have an in-house title/closing department run by a licensed real estate attorney, so neither buyer nor sell has to worry about seeking closing services or negotiating about who's going to pay for these services. We market and advertise our PLATINUM listed timeshare as having 'NO CLOSING COSTS' , which make for a seamless process. Once an offer is accepted by the seller, we obtain an escrow deposit from the buyer and a copy of the deed(or lease agreement) from the seller and begin the closing process immediately.
