Default Timeshare Sales Soar as Home Sales Sag

The recent dip in the real-estate market has affected nearly every corner of the industry with one exception; Timeshare!

The timeshare industry, largely based in Central Florida, is growing wealthy selling real estate in the fourth dimension. There is no single explanation for the nearly uninterrupted growth of timeshare industry sales, but a newly released PricewaterhouseCoopers study reports that sales of new time shares in Florida rose from $1.6 billion in 2002 to $2.6 billion in 2005. There are now 378 time-share resorts in Florida with 47,400 units.

Timeshare Adventures has grown by leaps and bounds since we launched our timeshare resale program and we have seen an increase in the number of offers generated thought our efforts to buy and/or rent our AD LISTINGS. This, of course is all relative to our ever increasing advertising budget, but good activity nonetheless.

We, as timeshare resale experts, only wish that these vacation buyers knew just how much money they could save by purchasing their timeshare ownership on the resale market rather than through the resort directly. The savings offered are amazing and Timeshare Adventures prides ourselves on providing the very best customer service, sincere value and a wide variety of timeshares.

Thumbs up More Support of Timeshare Sales Booming!

Good day, people!

Just a quick note to let you know that I'm reading more and more about the soaring timeshare sales versus the sagging real estate market in many trade magazines and periodicals across the country. The largest leap in timeshare sales increase seems to be in the Orlando, Kissimmee or Central Florida areas, but this trend is happening in vacation destinations everywhere!

As mentioned in the prior post, Timeshare Adventures is spreading the message "to buy resale not retail" through our advertising and we will continue to develop innovative ways to reach the potential timeshare buyer, convey this message to them and to capture these potential timeshare buyers before they purchase through the resort directly.

Default Timeshare Sales Are Up?

Does this explain all the timeshare offers I see on this website?

Hi Parker, glad to see you're participation in our ever growing timeshare forum!

To answer your question, not necessarily, but possibly to some degree. The articles and news alerts I've read speak only of new timeshare sales by the resorts themselves. However, one would think that the timeshare resale market would be directly affected by this increase to some degree. I think the large number of offers generated by our efforts are directly related to our diversified, consistent advertising network, our one-of-a-kind program and a lot of hard work.

While Timeshare Adventures is extremely busy, it's my guess that the timeshare resale market in general will see a 'spike' in activity soon and become even more active. Perhaps it will take some time for new these new timeshare owners to decide that their recently purchased timeshare does not fit their lifestyle. That's why were here; To provide these folks with a viable and effective way for them to market their timeshare to be sold, while providing timeshare buyers with a simple and professional way to obtain a variety of luxury vacation properties at discounted prices.
