When buying a timeshare through a resale, do I need title insurance?

First we need to understand what title insurance is:

What is title insurance?
Title insurance is insurance coverage assuring a buyer that the seller is conveying good title to the property. In essence it insures the warranties of a warranty deed and protects the buyer against claims made against the title even in the event the seller’s warranties are no longer enforceable, for instance because he has passed away or declared bankruptcy. Because of its cost, it is rarely used in timeshare resales.

Timeshare Adventures does not offer Title Insurance in house, BUT they do have an outside company that will do it for those buyers who would like it. It is an extra cost of $300.00 to get Title Insurance. Its the buyers choice!
