with buying a timeshare here am i required to use your closing company?

No, there is no requirement to use our in-house timeshare closing department, but many of the timeshares listed for sale here at TimeShare Adventures are Platinum Ad Listings, which include the usual closing costs for both buyer and seller plus our speedy and professional attorney supervised closing service. So, while you are certainly welcome to arrange your own closing services, you may be passing on the savings offered with this one-of-a-kind timeshare resale option.
