Nob Hill Inn, the heart of lavish living in the 19th century was considered as the home of the successful gold miners and railroad tycoons. This was built in 1907 as a private home; the four-storey inn has been masterfully refurbished with expensive fabrics, Louis XV antiques, reproduction artwork, and a magnificent etched-glass European-style lift. The Inn has been lovingly restored to maintain the environment of a turn-of-the-century townhouse. All the major attractions that San Francisco has to offer are also easily approachable. This includes Union Square with its boutique shopping, Chinatown and the world-famous cable/streetcars.

The twenty-one guestrooms and suites are furnished with antiques, graceful four-poster and kitchenette, brass beds, exotic woods, discreetly placed televisions, faux-antique phones, and a comfortable full-size bed, with good-size bathrooms (with a claw-foot tub), fireplace, antique furnishings, and much more.

I do accept that the cheapest rooms are comparatively small however; they're also utterly charming that it's tough to complain. Especially when you consider that the prices include complete concierge services, continental breakfast, afternoon tea and sherry, and the distinction of staying at one of the city's most prestigious hotels. All this and much more combine to make your stay at Nob Hill an unforgettable one.

I'm pretty sure that Nob Hill is in San Francisco and not in Carmel.
I see that the Highlands Inn is in Carmel and it's a part of the Hyatt Vacation Club. Are there any other timeshare resorts in the Carmel area?
