Default selling timeshare out of the country

I'm living overseas and wanted to know about the closing on my timeshare when I am not in the United States. I'm thinking some of the documents would have to notarized and finding a US notary in the country I'm living in is going to be tough. My timeshare is in Las Vegas...Any help is appreciated.

Default Notary Needed To Sell Timeshare

My husband and I are in the USA now visiting our daughter, but we spend our lives as missionaries, helping-out those in need across the globe with our church. We had to have the closing documents notarized when we sold our timeshare, so we gave power of attorney to our daughter, so she could sign when our timeshare sold and get the documents notarized locally. Your 'usmc' name indicates that you maybe military, which I think should have a notary on base no matter where you're stationed if that's the case. Also if you are nearby a US Embassy, they will have a notary. Hope this helps!
