Hi-- My Timeshare Is A Membership And There Is No Deed, Just A Membership Note And They Told Me It Just Takes A Couple Hundred Dollars To Transfer The Membership. My Question Is Since There Will Not Be A Needed Closing Would I Still Have To Use Your Closing Service Or Can I Do This Myself? And If I Dont Need It Can I Save Money And Can My Listing Still Say No Closing Fees Because Their Arent Any?

Our GOLD AD LISTING may be exactly what you're seeking since the timeshare vacation membership you have requires only a nominal transfer fee. Those with deeded timeshare or RTU(Right To Use) leased ownership often opt for the PLATINUM AD LISTING so that the usual closing cost are eliminated and the necessary closing documents are filed and prepared professionally.

The Ad Listing itself can written to announce that there are No Closing Costs and any other specifics can be included within the text of the Ad Listing in order to spotlight various attributes, benefits, etc. The cost for the GOLD AD LISTING would be less that the PLATINUM AD LISTING and therefore, save you some money.

We have a campground membership that is like a time share but is also just a membership so I think this would be same with just a fee paid to Coast to Coast to change owners when sold. Dont think there is a deed?
