Once I find a buyer for my timeshare, about how long will it take to be finished with the deal?

Default Timeshare Closing Speed
It can really vary depending on a number of factors, but an average timeshare closing takes approximately 4-6 weeks as long as all parties(buyer, seller, resort) provide and return the necessary documents in a timely manner.
