Once I considered purchasing a timeshare through a timeshare broker...but I didn't, thank goodness. Would I have had to hire a closing company and pay for that process in addition to the price of the timeshare?

A realtor charges large commissions. Also makes you pay for all closing costs, transfer fees and escrow service if thye can provide it. Timeshare Adventures doesn't charge any commissions nor do they charge for closing cost. Right away a time share buyer is saving at least $1500 before they even find the time share they want to purchase. Great incentive for anyone thats wants to buy a time share!
