Question Closing on timeshare in Bahamas
Has anyone made a closing on a timeshare in Bahamas and NOT had to pay $2000 in lawyer fees? Does Timeshare Adventures have any attorney connections for closing in the Bahamas? Can I buy a timeshare there without having to pay that fee?

Not quite sure of the actual cost of hiring an attorney in the Bahamas to assist with the closing of a timeshare, but I do know that this is necessary.

Timeshare Adventures' closing department does have relationships established to assist with closings in jurisdictions where the hiring of a lawyer in those area is necessary to facilitate a closing.

Only if the seller picks up these expenses or you could negotiate a split-pay with them.
