Default closing on a NY timeshare sale
hi, quick question about timeshare closings in NY- is a lawyer required to close the sale of a New York timeshare?

Default NY Timeshare Closing
While not required, to the best of my knowledge, having an attorney handle the closing of a New York timeshare resale would be recommended. NY has some complex tax forms that need to be accurately completed for both the state and county in which the deed is recorded. Plus, there are other details of a NY timeshare closing that may be best suited for a legal professional to handle. For more info: closings@timeshareadventures.com
