Can I sell and/or rent my timeshare if Im currently financing it?

It doesn't matter if you paid cash or if you got a timeshare loan. You can sell your timeshare but the balance of the loan must be paid off at the time of sale otherwise you can't transfer ownership. Can you sell it for more than you owe? If so then your in good shape.
