Default Florida Vacation Properties VS Homes?

Whens a good time to put a vacation property on the market in Florida? I have a week in Orlando and I hear the realestate market isn't doing well down there. Are vacation properties effected the same way as a traditional home during these times? I appreciate any insight before I make my decision on when to list my timeshare with you.

Default Florida Timeshare Resale

I don't own a Florida timeshare, but I do have one in Cancun and in addition to the 'booming timeshare sales' I've read about here , I think that as we head into cooler weather in the northern areas of the globe, it would be my assumption that Florida timeshare sales would increase as the northerners head south and visit the many timeshare resorts in Florida. So, in my opinion, now is a great time to sell!

Those keen to the resale market can save a bundle, so spread the word about this site and the savings offered on the resale market!

Thumbs up Florida Vacation Properties lead the Timeshare Industry

Hi N2Deep,

Keep in mind that Florida in particular has over 370 resorts state wide with 120 different countries that visit here. These numbers put your success rate way above others... no competition or comparison for traditional realestate!
