The
Honolulu Star-Bulletin reports in an article by
Allison Schaefers regarding the 2007 Hawaiian tourism industry has made reference to the fact "hotel occupancy is down and occupancy at
timeshare and condominium accommodations are up", which is great news for the timeshare industry.
The luxury and top-notch service offered at timeshare resorts can sometimes be matched by high-end hotels in my opinion, but the comfort a timeshare unit offers any vacationer cannot. A condominium style timeshare unit typically offer the comforts of home combined with the service and amenities offered by nice hotel. Separate sleeping quarters, a spacious and comfortable living room and a kitchen complete with dishes, flatware and the necessary appliances allowing the timeshare occupant to stock the fridge, the pantry and prepare their own meals, if desired. Room service, concierge, bellhops, and valet are still available, making the choice of timeshare obviously the the best option.
Renting a timeshare unit through the resort directly can be expensive sometimes, but so can the prime hotel rooms. Renting a timeshare on the timeshare resale market, however, can save the non-owner of a timeshare hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. It is this option that I recommend.
Timeshare Adventures advertises timeshare rentals and resales for our clients who offer substantial savings when compared to what would be paid to the timeshare resorts directly, whether renting independently or buying. The selection of timeshare units being marketed through our efforts are diverse and are at amazing vacation desertions worldwide.
