There are ways to verify a 'For Sale By Owner' advertising company's "rank" and/or "trust" to some degree and I think it important to do so prior to employing the services offered. There are a number of 3rd party web-sites that offer this type of information(see links below for a few that we use), but more an even important thing to examine is results. It's vital to ensure that the company a timeshare seller chooses is able to not only attract a large audience of timeshare buyers and renters, but also gets these visitors to make offers to buy and/or rent the timeshares being offered.
Web traffic/web-rank verification
can provide a seller with a reasonable idea about the resale company's presence but combining this with validation that those who are captured to the site are doing what the seller wants;
