Cool Timeshare Resale Fraud Alert

I have recently read several articles circulating on the internet that are trying to paint a gloom and doom picture of the the timeshare resale market. And then they direct the reader to a timeshare company offering relief and/or cash for your timeshare. Besides the negative view of the market, these companies' scam is providing you (the seller) an offer for you to pay them to take your timeshare off your hands...like you would pay upwards to $4,000 to get rid of your timeshare? I urge caution to anyone wondering what is the real deal there.

Yes, these are infamous companies and in the opinion of many a complete timeshare scam. Parker commented on one of these outfits earlier in the year as did I a while back. Here's a link to Parker's forum post TS_SCAM
