Great news for the timeshare industry, ARDA (Amercian Resort Development Assoc.) plans to focus on the timeshare resales industry in September. They have already created 2 new Resale Guidelines Advisory Documents and will be creating forums, task forces and advisories which they hope will ease public confusion about how to resell their timeshares and who one can trust when going about the process.
This will be valuable advice to timeshare owners interested in reselling and really valuable to the timeshare companies who are honest in their attempts at providing real services. Maybe, ultimately, the negative ideas about timeshares can be eliminated along with some of the companies that perpetuate the bad reputation.
