Who do you think would be donating their dollars to support the political lobbying efforts of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA)? Disney Vacations Club President, Jim Lewis, put out an appeal to all the DVC timeshare owners to pitch in. Seems like donations would be coming from the resort developer end...and probably are.
