ARDA International Foundation(
AIF), which is the research arm of the
American Resort Development Association(
ARDA) has recently published the results of study that shows the average timeshare price per interval for 2008. The results show a five percent increase over the 2007 data and the the average price per weekly interval according to this study was
$20,152.00. A pretty big sum for timeshare vacation ownership, in my opinion, for todays economy wise, thrifty families. Timeshare resale averages would be at least half of this figure and knowledge of the timeshare resale market and the savings offered is spreading.
