Question Renting Key West Time share

How much money will I end up with if I rent my time share for $1200 thru Timeshare Adventures?

Default Only a small booking fee....

Hi Mocean,

With our company, if your vacation property rents for $1,200....you will receive full proceeds minus a $50.00 booking fee. This means you will get $1,150 check from Timeshare Adventures Inc., there are no other hidden charges or fees taken out of the rental and your rental agreement is prepared by a real estate attorney that is staffed here in our office.

Thank you,

Rob Deladurantaye

Smile Thanks Rob....Rental Info

Who handles the lease and the reservation at the resort? When do I get the rental money? Should I call you to sign up?

Thumbs up Timeshare Adventures - Rental Process

Timeshare Adventures handles everything possible once you employ our service.

So, whenever possible our staff will check the availability, book and finalize the reservation and as Staff-Robert D mentioned we also have our attorney prepare a rental/lease agreement between you and the renter. This rental agreement protects you from incidentals, damages, etcetera, and it prevent the renter from backing out of the reservation.

Sometimes the resort will require the owner to set-up a "guest-pass" for the renter. So, in this instance you would simply have to make a phone call to the resort and arrange this pass.

Rental proceeds are collected as soon as the reservation is booked and these funds are released to you immediately. So, if the reservation is booked/finalized tomorrow for a week at a future date, the monies would be collected immediately and delivered to you.

I invite you to call Timeshare Adventures anytime to speak to a rental specialist!
