Not only does the Manhatten Club have a nice work out facility, staying at a timeshare there puts you right in the heart of NYC. Hilton has recently opened the West 57th Street Resort. It's the first "purpose built" timeshare resort built in NYC. It is really a plus to stay at a "purpose built" timeshare resort like that rather than an old hotel that's been made into a timeshare.
Imagine spending Thanksgiving there and taking your family to the traditional Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. New Year's Eve in Times Square? Theater, art and fine dining...always! You can live like a New Yorker for a week! Those would be some reasons the New York City timeshares are popular.
