Medical props forced us to sell our Manhattan Club timeshare, but we loved the place and visited every New Years for the big celebration. Highly recommended to anyone! We were able to sell quite quickly for a reasonable amount of $.
How did you sell the Manhattan Club timeshare? I own there and am thinking of selling, but trying to get info about the best way to sell it. thanks, I would be grateful for any help.

Price it right and get it infront of timeshare buyers! Yes this timeshare resale site has timeshare buyers by the thousands but if your priced too high then they won't bother buying your timeshare. At least I wouldn't. BTW...Manhatten Club is in a great location-near almost everything.
This time share resort property is in an excellent location. Right in the heart of New York City. Walk to everything and take it all in. The resort is nice and clean. Staff was very helpful and Central Park is only two blocks away. Right across the street in the "Red Eye Diner". We sat outside on the terrace as it was around 73 degrees. The menu was a little expensive but the food was oustanding. My wife had an organic caesar salad and I had the best clam chowder ever. Our server said the chef had recently prepared the clam chowder for President Bush at the Whitehouse. Don't hesitate to buy or even rent a timeshare at the Manhattan Club!
We try to get manhattan club some times when trading our wyndham with rci and never able to get what we want. Do you own here, rent this, exchange for it? And what can you advise for us to be able to get with rci? Was trying for holidays in nyc, is it too late?
If I did buy one it would be from the time share resale market, not from the resort. We have rented twice now and will again. We only paid $900 for 4 nights which included New Years eve and New years day. It's about a block from the Ritz we're they rent for $1000 per day. Time share rentals are a great value and you determine how much your willing to pay.
RCI is a roll of the dice. You might get the time share resort that you want if you book way in advance.
The timeshare resort and the timeshare owner will obviously need some time to arrange the rental and I would think that the specific amount of headway required would depend on the time of the year that you would be visiting. Also, because the Manhattan Club is a popular resort in a very busy New York City your best bet is to make your arrangements ASAP - - the sooner the better!

Does anyone know if the fitness center is seriously equipped there? Is it just a token thing or is there enough equipment and space to accommodate everyone? My boyfriend is a trainer and this is a big deal to him. I really want to stay in NYC in a timeshare.
