Default Renting-Out Disney Timeshare Question
Hi, I have a number of DVC points that have added up over the past year(more than 800) and was curious about other Disney Vacation Club timeshare owners and their ability to rent-out their points, either with this company or any outlet....tried craigslist and no luck so far(going on 3 months)! Any one?

Default trying to rent my timeshare too
Hey there Truoc. I tried Craigslist too to rent-out my timeshare and no luck! I tried the free yahoo classifieds and various other free online ads, but nothing has worked. I called my resort in Mexico, who's saleman told me renting this would be simple when we were pitched to buy the timeshare and they sent me to a company to help.....still no luck. This company they sent me to claimed to advertise all over the web and I can't find them anywhere. When I call I get a recording and never a return call! I understand that rental success with vacation property is all about advertising, so I this time around I have done my research to be sure the company I choose IS advertising to renters of timeshare.

I found this site searching for the one the Mexican resort sent me to a while back when seeking answers about RCI/exchanging and then again while searching for a good company to help me with renting my timeshare. If I give them a shot I will post my results--

Default Want to rent disney timeshare
Hi there, I noticed that some of you don't know where to post your disney timeshares.... I don't know where to find them.

Please dont' contact me if you are going to charge more than the resort. I am willing to help cover your maintenance fees + a little something for yourself but usually I have found it cheaper to rent directly from disney. looking for march 09 rental. 1-2 bedroom.

Default Where to find Disney timeshares - Buy or Rent
Hello lucylovertoo,

We have a great many Disney Vacation Club timeshare owners offering their DVC points, booked weeks for rent and/or for sale. I would advise you to take a look at what's being offered and you are welcome to make a rental offer at whatever amount you choose!

I just searched timeshare resales and rentals listings for Disney Vacation Club and there is only one. Could they be listed some other way?

Try looking at the specific Disney Vacation Club timeshare resorts: Animal Kingdom Villas, Disney's Old Key West, Disney's BoardWalk Villas, the Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Saratoga Springs Resort and Disney's Beach Club Villas, etc. I see many at the various DVC locations.

Smile Timesharing with DVC
Attention Mouseowners:
Just today, Disney Vacation Club website added on the ability to request booking at the Disney collections resorts at Walt Disney World, Tokyo Disney and Hong Kong Disneyland in addition to Disneyland Resort and standard DVC reservations.
Note that this is just for requests, not for actual booking of DVC reservations on line.

Disney timeshare rental is the only way to go, in my opinion. DVC timeshares are amazing! Check-out what's offered here: Search Timeshares For Sale, Find Timeshare Rentals, Buying Time Share
