Hello again. I quoted this from the timeshare rental area of your website. What does the "...in-house legal department and clerical infrastructure to service you and your renter...." mean and how will it help me being the owner of a Mexico timeshare?

Trying to find a place to help me rent-out Pueblo Bonito timeshare. Thank you.
Our Timeshare Rental Marketing Program you're inquiring about is designed to provide timeshare owners with maximum exposure via our Advertising Partners and Marketing Network and provide both timeshare owners and renters of timeshares with everything necessary to ensure that both party's best interests are covered.
The best explanation is to quote another post I recently made regarding this very topic:
Quote:
Renters of timeshare enjoy the luxuries of timeshare ownership combined with the spacious comfort of a condominium at substantial savings when compared to renting through the resort itself or even a luxury hotel. Owners who rent-out their timeshares through our RENTAL PROGRAM can often offset their maintenance fees and generate income. Again, our independent real estate attorney adds a unique benefit by supervising the preparation of a 'rental agreement' between timeshare owner and the renting party ensuring the vacationer has the owners sincere commitment while also protecting the timeshare owner, ensuring the owner is not liable for the actions of the renter.

Complete Timeshare Rental Advertising, Service & Legal Agreement
i called today to find out the details about renting-out a timeshare with timeshareadventures.com and it was presented to me that they do it all. advertising until a renter is found, rental offers delivered by their staff, and even an "attorney prepared rental contract" to protect us timeshare owners from "liability" if something goes missing or broken while the renter stays at our timeshare. it's up to us, as the owner of the timeshare to price the unit or week, to "on occasion" arrange the guest-pass for the renter(i guess the resort wants to be sure that the timeshare owner is in agreement) and decide whether to accept or counter offer when the rental offers come in. they take care of everything else. they collect the rental monies and they go into escrow to be sure that we get verifiable funds and once the monies clear they are released to us. oh, and there is a small fee($50) taken out of the rental proceeds to have the attorney write up the agreement between timeshare owner and renter. may have missed a few details, but this is the general timeshare rental deal.
Called Timeshare Adventures About Renting Timeshare
I called and learned the same. Sounds pretty good. Wish there was some way for someone to guarantee the timeshare will be rented, but they said since it's up to me to price the week and accept offers, etc. there is no way to make such a guarantee. Which makes sense after I though about it.
they document a certain number of timeshare rentals and sales some where on this site. when i called they took to the spot that this info is documented. Here it is:
How about renting a Peublo Bonito timeshare? Thinking about selling, but the timeshare rental thing look promising for some. Mine is in Cabo....thanks.
Many Pueblo Bonito and Cabo San Lucas timeshare owners are successful in renting their timeshares. Take a look at our advertising clients recent successes at the following link:
Thanks for the link to the recent timeshare rentals. Another question about renting the timeshare in Cabo I asked about. Should I book the week? I see some timeshares with a week number and others without.
