Cool Spring Break in Timeshare World

Greetings,
I'm coming up with some time off that appears to be during the colleges spring break schedule. Does anyone have ideas about the most and least popular tropical areas during spring break? I'm going to try to pick up a cheap timeshare rental as a at-the-last moment kind of deal. Appreciate any tips.

Travis

These place are projected to be some of the most popular tropical designations for Spring Break 2009:

Key West, FL
Myrtle Beach, SC
Miami Beach, FL
Daytona Beach, FL
Nassau, Bahamas
South Padre Island, TX
Montego Bay, Jamaica
New Orleans, LA
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

As for the least popular tropical destinations, I think avoiding Spring Breakers entirely is going to be tough, if not impossible, but with Florida's huge coastline and beautiful beaches, I'm sure you could locate a timeshare rental in an area that may not be over-run with College Spring Breakers, if that is your goal. Also, do not wait until the last minute when renting a timeshare-- the sooner you begin the better the likelihood of getting what you want.
