Default 4th of July Timeshare Rental
Too late to start offering my 4th of July timeshare to be rented? I've rented-out before but had a lot more time on my side.

Question Renting your timeshare
It's never too late as far as I'm concerned. You might not have much bargaining power on the rate you expect, tho'. Your location could have some say in it , too. Are you not going to use it yourself? At the least you could make your week's stay a magnanimous gift to someone...friend, employee or relative.

We were going to use, but family thing came up, so just going to offer for rent. Want to cover my MF is I can, so . This timeshare is in Cabo-- thanks for the info!
