I'm planning on selling my timeshare which is one of the points systems. I purchased different amounts of points at different times to build it up to a large amount. I have deeds for each amount of points I purchased. When I went looking for the deeds I did not find all of them? How do I get copies or replacement deeds?

The deeds can be combined and sold as single, large, point-based ownership or sold independently, as originally structured. If you have misplaced or lost one or more of the deeds after receiving them from the developer, resort or county where the deeds were recorded you can request and obtain a copy from the county where each missing deed is recorded. There is a nominal fee(usually around $25.00 per deed) to obtain a copy of each deed and this fee will may slightly from county to county.
