We need to sell our two-bedroom (Red, float week) timeshare at Grand Timber Lodge in Colorado. Can you tell me if you have sold any units there? It is a ski-in, ski-out 5-start rated Lodge.

Also, since we book a vacation a year in advance, how does that work if you sell it before your vacation is scheduled?

Default Breckenridge Timeshare Resale
We have been able to assist many timeshare owners with the sale and rental of their timeshares. The Grand Timber Lodge is very popular and the ski-in, ski-out attribute is definitely appealing for skiers.

With regard to having a vacation planned at the timeshare resort prior to sale, this can be negotiated with the buyer or you as the owner can opt to include or exclude this vacation when offering it to be sold.
