Sell timeshare with broker ? CaMama
A licensed timeshare broker or Realtor is not necessary to sell or buy a timeshare. In fact, it could be very difficult to locate one who does deal in timeshare vacation property. If a Realtor or broker were to choose to deal in timeshare then I would think it would require a very high commission rate in order to make it a worthwhile venture(not to mention broker fees, etc). Also, because timeshare is not usually local real estate, it would require much more expensive and as far as Realtors/brokers go, unconventional means of advertising to effectively market the vacation ownership to the buying audience.
By choosing a timeshare resale company that is easily found through diverse, multimedia efforts and one that attracts timeshare buyers you can definitely sell with a reasonable flat fee as opposed to a large commission.
