Default II membership transferable?

I am selling my timeshare and just paid my II dues and have banked weeks in their system that I can not use. Can i add this membership to be included with the sale of my timeshare and have the new owners take over my II membership and use the banked weeks?

Default Banked weeks with sale

Interval International does not allow the transfer of a membership, but they do allow the transfer of the banked weeks from one member to another. So, you could add these extras with the sale of you timeshare and it could create an incentive for a potential buyer. The buyer would either have to have an existing II membership or simply join to have and use these extra weeks.

Default Interval timeshare memberships information

I thought you could transfer your Interval International timeshare membership. Does RCI allow transfers of they're timeshare owner exchange memberships? I guess the important thing is that the actual banked timeshare weeks can transfer to other timeshare owner members.

Default DVC comes w/ II membership!

Disney Vacation Club ownership includes Interval Int'l membership(corporate membership or something). So, if you buy a DVC from another then it comes with the II membership.
