selling a blue green

I own a Blue Green "time share" and they are not like TRADITIONAL TIME SHARES IN THAT THEY ARE NOT JUST A SINGLE RESORT IN A PARTICULAR PLACE. You buy a deeded property wherever they pick and you get points to spend at any of the Blue Green resorts whenever you want to go.My question is how do you value this property and know what it is worth? How does one go about selling them?

Bluegreen is just on of many point-based, multi-destination timeshares out there. This type of timeshare vacation versatility is quite popular. Like any timeshare the 'value/worth' on the timeshare resale market will be less than the current price if buying at the resort/developer direct.

You may also want to contact one of our TimeShare Resale Specialists to provide a bit of guidance in regard to what you can expect when selling. Try looking at what other timeshare owners are asking and what some similar timeshares have sold for(statistics for both can be found on this site).
