Default ARDA’s Proposed Model Timeshare Resale Act
ARDA - The American Resort Development Association has recently made the most current version(a draft) of their Proposed Model Timeshare Resale Act, "which is intended to provide full disclosure by timeshare resale entities acting on behalf of timeshare owners, regardless of the business model used by the resale entity. The Model enumerates prohibited practices and imposes severe penalties for violations", on their web-site.
