I've about had it with this timeshare exchange process. I don't know whether its my timing or RCI. Anyone else experiencing this?
I know that there are a lot of timeshares on the market now, but I'm starting to think of letting this one at Fisherman's Wharf go. How can I find out a real...not all hyped up by a sales company..value for that timeshare?

Thanks, that was helpful. I found out that the average asking price was $14,280 and that the average offer price was $4,846. That's a big difference...and not very exciting. Once again, it doesn't seem like the right time to put my Fisherman's Wharf timeshare on the market. It was very helpful to use an impartial source to get pricing information. I'm becoming aware of some fuzzy thinking going on, tho'. With all the timeshares flooding the resale market, how come owners actually think they can find serious buyers without investing in advertising? Doesn't make sense to me.
